Physical Education for the Modern Age

As we begin this journey, physical and mental health are important aspects of our process.
Sitting at desks for hours at a time, doesn't encourage flexibility.

We've decided to begin with a program that is a mix of Pilates and Yoga, which will allow us to gain flexibility and strength. Today's session gave us a baseline for the progress we will see in the coming weeks and months.
We're excited and a little sore.
